Florida Statute 332.0075 became effective July 1, 2025. The law mandates the Auditor General perform audits of commercial airports to assure compliance to financial disclosures, purchasing, contracting and ethics requirements. This law seeks to provide transparency and accountability through these audits as well by providing public access to the requisite disclosure and financial information on the airport’s website.

332.0075 (2)(b)
The official minutes of each meeting of the governing body, which must be posted within seven business days after the date of the meeting in which the minutes were approved.
332-0075 (2)(c)
The approved budget for the commercial service airport for the current fiscal year, which shall be posted within seven business days after the date of adoption. Budgets must remain on the website for five years after the conclusion of the fiscal year for which they were adopted.
