The IdentoGo TSA Pre✓® Mobile Enrollment Truck returns to the
Gainesville Regional Airport Tue., Mar. 11 – Fri. Mar. 28, 2025
GAINESVILLE, Fla., Feb. 14, 2025 — The popular IdentoGO by IDEMIA TSA Pre✓® Mobile Enrollment Truck event is returning to Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV) in March. The event will run from Tuesday, Mar. 11 – Friday, Mar. 28, 2025 (closed Saturday and Sunday, and does not operate Friday, Mar. 21). The Mobile Enrollment Center will be located on the airport property at 3880 NE 39th Ave., Gainesville, Fla., 32609. Enrollees should follow the airport signs to the Overflow Parking Lot and look for the truck east of the overflow lot across from the GNV Airport Fire Station and control tower (please see red dotted box in map below.) You will be able to park your vehicle in this same area during your appointment.
IdentoGO, the company that manages the event, offers 12 appointments per hour. Applicants should note that appointments are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis, so register as soon as possible. Please note this event is for TSA Pre✓® only, not Global Entry. TWIC enrollment will also be offered.
GNV has hosted eight previous enrollment events, allowing thousands of people to easily enroll in the popular expedited screening program without having to drive to Jacksonville, Orlando or Tampa. To accommodate increased passenger traffic, GNV added a second screening lane in May 2018 and added TSA Pre✓® in October 2018. TSA Pre✓® is now available for all flights at GNV.

3 Easy Steps to TSA PreCheck
- Apply online: Submit an online application at https://tsaenrollmentbyidemia.tsa.dhs.gov/ and schedule an appointment at Gainesville, FL – Pop-Up: GNV, 3/11-3/28
- Enroll in person: Come to the Gainesville Regional Airport to complete the less than 10-minute enrollment which includes capturing your fingerprints and photo for the TSA background check. Be sure to bring documentation (https://tsaenrollmentbyidemia.tsa.dhs.gov/workflows?servicecode=11115V&service=required-docs) proving your identity and citizenship status.
3. Get your Known Traveler Number (KTN): Most travelers get their KTN in three to five days.
The hours for the IdentoGo TSA Pre✓® Mobile RV Event at GNV will be:
Tuesday, March 11th – Friday, March 14th; Monday, March 17th – Thursday, March 20th; Monday, March 24th – Friday, March 28th 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. (Closed Friday, March 21st, Saturdays and Sundays.) The Mobile Truck is equipped with steps and is not wheelchair accessible. If needed, please check the Idemia website to determine the nearest permanent location that is ADA compliant.
IMPORTANT! To complete the application process, you will need to bring documentation proving identity and citizenship status! You will finish the process onsite by providing your fingerprints for a background check.
The application fee is $78, which covers five years of participation, if approved, and can be paid by credit card, money order, company check, or certified/cashier’s check. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.
