Request for Bids # 26-002 Design/Build Criteria Fuel Farm Jet-A Tank Replacement and Fuel Storage Facility Rehabilitation
The Design/Build Criteria Plans and Specifications for the project may be obtained from the offices of AVCON, INC. Digital copies are available at no charge; hard copies will not be provided. Criteria Plans and Specifications will be available, after 8:00 AM on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. PLEASE NOTE: To ensure you are apprised of changes to project requirements and receive all Addenda, you must register with AVCON and be on the Plan Holders’ List to bid the project. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, February 16, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Gainesville Regional Airport, Passenger Terminal Board Room, 3880 N.E. 39th Avenue, Gainesville, Florida 32609.
Deadline for submittals is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
