Design elements include an aerial mural of Gainesville. The restaurant offers a range of convenient and quick \u201cgrab and go\u201d offerings to more leisurely hot meal options. Menu offerings include high-quality ingredients, healthy food options that consider the medical needs, dietary restrictions, and cultural needs of travelers. In addition to the new Alachua Grill, remodeling to the existing concession and retail area near Gates 3,4 and 5 will soon be underway, offering even more hospitality options for travelers before boarding a flight or departing the airport. Concessions operating hours are 4:30 a.m. up until the last flight departs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince 2005, Tailwinds has been providing delicious food and beverages to airports across the country.
