{"id":2491,"date":"2022-06-10T17:09:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-10T22:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gra-gnv.com\/flygainesville.com\/?p=2491"},"modified":"2022-07-19T12:21:56","modified_gmt":"2022-07-19T17:21:56","slug":"rfb-22-004-replace-parking-access-and-revenue-control-system","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gra-gnv.com\/flygainesville.com\/rfb-22-004-replace-parking-access-and-revenue-control-system\/","title":{"rendered":"RFB # 22-004  Replace Parking Access and Revenue Control System"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Gainesville-Alachua County Regional Airport Authority (GACRAA) is soliciting sealed bids for the Replacement of Parking Access and Revenue Control System project at the Gainesville Regional Airport. \u00a0The work includes removal and replacement of retiring Hub ZEAG parking control equipment within the terminal and throughout the terminal public parking lot, including but not limited to Entry Terminal\/Ticket Dispensers, Exit Terminal\/Self-Pay Stations, Cashier Station and Fee Computer, Pay-on Foot Station, Automatic Barrier Gates and Vehicle Sensors, Parking Revenue Control System Software, Validation Computer and Printer, Intercoms, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Additional project requirements and bid alternates are shown in the project bid documents.<\/p>\n<p>Complete sets of bid documents will be available free of charge beginning at nine o\u2019clock (9:00) a.m. on June 20, 2022 via e-mail by contacting: Ms. Lynn Noffsinger, Grants and Contracts Administrator <a href=\"mailto:Lynn.Noffsinger@flygainesville.com\">Lynn.Noffsinger@flygainesville.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at <strong>ten o\u2019clock (10:00) a.m. on June 28, 2022<\/strong> at the Gainesville Regional Airport, Passenger Terminal Board Room, 3880 N.E. 39th Avenue, Gainesville, Florida 32609. \u00a0A site visit of the project areas will be conducted immediately following the pre-bid conference.<\/p>\n<p>A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.<\/p>\n<p>Bids must be signed by an authorized official, and enclosed in a sealed envelope or package clearly marked: \u00a0&#8220;<strong>Project \u00a0NO \u00a0#22-004\u00a0 \u2013 \u00a0\u201cParking \u00a0Access and Revenue Control \u00a0System Replacement<\/strong>&#8221; \u00a0and \u00a0mailed \u00a0or \u00a0delivered\u00a0 to\u00a0 the Authority&#8217;s Administrative Office at the Gainesville Regional Airport, Attn: Chief Executive Officer, 3880 N.E. 39th Avenue, Suite A, Gainesville, Florida 32609<\/p>\n<p><strong>O<\/strong><strong>ne original, clearly marked \u201coriginal\u201d and one copy of the bid are required for submittal!
