The Gainesville-Alachua County Regional Airport Authority (GACRAA) is seeking competitive proposals from creative persons or firms interested in the operation, service, maintenance and management of the display advertising concession in the Gainesville Regional Airport commercial passenger terminal. The proposal documents and specifications will be available beginning Thursday, June 2, 2022<\/strong> at the Gainesville Regional Airport\u2019s Administration Office, 3880 N.E. 39th<\/sup> Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32609.<\/p>\n

The term of the concession contract is for one (10) ten-year term with an optional renewal period of five years at the sole discretion of GACRAA.<\/p>\n

All proposals submitted shall be effective for ninety (90) days following the Proposal Due Date.\u00a0 All proposers are required to submit a Proposal Guarantee in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars $5,000) made payable to GACRAA. \u00a0Proposals must be signed by an authorized official, enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope or package clearly marked \u201cRFP 22-003 Passenger Terminal Advertising Concession at the Gainesville Regional Airport\u201d and mailed or delivered to the Authority\u2019s Administrative Office, Gainesville Regional Airport, Attn. Ms. Lynn Noffsinger, Grants and Contracts Administrator, 3880 N.E. 39th<\/sup> Avenue, Suite A, Gainesville, FL 32609. \u00a0Proposals received after 4:00 p.m. July 6, 2022 will not be considered.<\/strong>\u00a0 The official clock is located in the Authority\u2019s Administrative Office.<\/p>\n
