GNV provides free wheelchair assistance based on availability of personnel. Wheelchairs are located at the entrance doors near the ticket counters. Ticket agents can page for wheelchair assistance, or go to the customer service kiosk near the ticket counters to send an automated page.

Service Animal Relief Area
Owners of service animals or those traveling with pets may walk them on the east side of the commercial terminal (exit ticketing and turn left.) The pet walk area is just east of terminal Gate 40 and along the runway fence line.
TDD/TTY Pay Phone
Access to a TDD public phone is located in the vending machine area on the west side of the public waiting room. The TDD keyboard is in a wall pocket in the corner next to the pay phone.
